Living through the stressful time of the COVID - 19 pandemic, has changed my perspective of a lot of things, especially as it is my first year of high school. The bushfires at the start of the year destroying hundreds of homes, then the floods in Queensland and then coronavirus. This year has been the year of disasters.
Everyone blaming china for starting the virus, at the wet markets in Wuhan. Working from home, the stress of not knowing how to do your work and watching the news every night with updates of what's going on around the world. Texting your friends online isn't the same anymore because you have nothing to say as you haven't done anything. The fact of knowing we are restricted to not go outside scares people. Not knowing how loved ones are doing, not seeing your friends and not knowing if you will get your job back.
